If you have not yet read our Quality Criteria and Terms and Conditions, please do so now.
Once uploaded, your photos will go through an approval process to ensure your collection is of publication quality. This occurs prior to payment.
Please provide high res 300dpi tiff or jpg shots.
We ask you to name your shots so that they are filed neatly and carefully, which will save us all time. Please name your shots as follows:
Initial Surname_MonthYear(mmyy)_Shot Number
Examples for Amanda Star June 2010:
AStar_0610_1.jpeg, AStar_0610_2.tif, AStar_0610_3.eps
Instructions: EITHER compress all files into one zip file OR add photos one by one. (You will need to do this in two phases to send 8 photos (as YouSendIt only allows 5 shots at a time).
Technical requirements: 300dpi high res tiff or jpg files (A4 preferred but not essential)

NB: Please allow 5-10 minutes for photos to upload. Do not touch this screen once uploading has commenced.
We will advise you of the next step by email. Those with approved photos can then progress to the 'Select & Pay' stage. Those whose shots are not approved will be notified and the photos will be deleted from our system.
